Scales with you

A duty manager, for $19 a listing each month.

Guest messages and calls

It answers guest messages, picks up the phone, and works the problems.

Cleaning and turnovers

It books the cleaner, briefs them, and chases until the photos are in.

Maintenance and onsite help

It dispatches the right person with access, then follows up until it is done.

Bookings and the calendar

It handles booking requests and flags the ones that need your eyes.

Events and gap nights

It spots local events and the gap nights still worth filling.

Reviews and ratings

It watches new reviews and drafts your reply before one hardens.

Numbers and reporting

It tells you how the month went and which listing is soft.

Money and promises

It drafts against your rules, then holds for your approval.

No contract. No message fees. No spike in a busy month.

Before you ask.

The questions every operator puts to us on the first call.

Will my guests know it is not me?

It depends on the channel. On Airbnb and the other booking sites it writes from your host account, so guests see the same thread they always have.

On SMS and WhatsApp it messages from a Dewly number on your behalf, and you set how it introduces itself, in your name or as your team.

Either way it only says what your playbooks let it say.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

When it is not sure it stops and asks rather than guessing, so most wrong calls never leave the building. If one does, you correct it once and that correction becomes your rule.

Money and promises never move without you, so a mistake is a draft you fix, not damage done.

How much work is onboarding?

Almost none. It arrives with the standard co-host playbooks already written, so it knows the common situations on day one.

Start on one or two properties in shadow mode: it works the night and drafts everything, and nothing sends until you say so. Widen it when you trust it.

Your cleaners and contractors keep working by SMS or WhatsApp, so only you adopt a new tool.

What about my VA, co-host or property manager?

Your people keep whatever needs hands and a car. This takes the coordination, the chasing and the judgment calls, which is most of what a VA or co-host actually does, and it does that for a flat fee per listing rather than a share of every booking.

Managers run it the other way round, taking on more doors without adding staff.

Do I need a PMS?

No. Plenty of operators run straight on Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, and it works exactly the same.

If you do run one, Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify and the rest keep doing their job untouched.

We never charge you for a channel.

Is my data safe?

Your account is walled off from every other, so your guests, owners and numbers never cross into someone else’s. Credentials are never stored in plaintext, and every action is logged and reviewable.

SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are underway.

Bring us your worst night.

We’ll show you how it would have been handled.

No contract. Start with part of your portfolio.
